Bella Vera Studio offers a curated selection of luxury fashion and accessories. We are an independent online retailer and are not affiliated with any of the brands featured on our site. The use of any brand names or trademarks is solely for descriptive purposes and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.


All items sold by Bella Vera Studio are guaranteed authentic. We offer vintage, pre-owned, and occasionally new pieces.





2. Products and Availability



  • All items are carefully inspected and photographed prior to sale.
  • Any visible signs of wear, use, or imperfections are described to the best of our ability.
  • By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the item’s condition as described and shown in photos.
  • Availability of products is not guaranteed; in case of unavailability, the customer will be notified and offered an alternative or refund.






3. Orders and Payment



  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Items remain the property of Bella Vera Studio until payment has been received in full.
  • Deposits and partial payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.






4. Pricing



  • All prices are stated in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
  • Bella Vera Studio reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will always be honored at the agreed price.






5A- Returns and Refunds



  • Returns are only accepted for online purchases within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging and tags.
  • Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered is incorrect or defective.
  • Vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of wear, which do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for return.
  • All in-store purchases, private appointments, layaway plans, installment sales, and consignment sales are final and non-refundable.



5B- Preorders & Authenticity Policy



  • All preorders are considered final sales and are non-refundable once confirmed and payment has been received, regardless of delivery date or shipping timeline.
  • Bella Vera Studio guarantees the authenticity of all items at the time of sale.
  • Authentication by third parties (such as Entrupy or other professional services) may be used as supportive evidence of authenticity but does not override Bella Vera Studio’s assessment or constitute grounds for return or refund.
  • Many of our vintage and pre-owned items may have been professionally restored, retouched, or treated with leather paint or dye as part of standard luxury maintenance.
  • Such restorations, when not affecting the authenticity or functionality of the item, do not qualify as defects and do not entitle the customer to a return, refund, or discount.
  • By completing a preorder or purchase, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these conditions.

 





6. Shipping



  • Orders are processed as quickly as possible; shipping times depend on the destination and carrier.
  • All packages are shipped insured. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.






7. Liability



  • Bella Vera Studio guarantees the authenticity of all items at the point of sale.
  • Claims disputing authenticity or condition after the customer has inspected and accepted the item will not be considered valid.
  • Bella Vera Studio is not liable for any damage or wear occurring after delivery or collection.






8. Privacy and Security



We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used exclusively for processing orders and improving our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.





9. Disputes & Fraudulent Claims



  • Any fraudulent claims, false disputes, or chargebacks will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.
  • Bella Vera Studio reserves the right to refuse future sales to customers engaging in such conduct.






10. Customer Conduct



  • Respectful communication is expected at all times.
  • Any form of intimidation, harassment, threats, reputational damage, or emotional manipulation toward Bella Vera Studio or its representatives will not be tolerated.
  • In such cases, Bella Vera Studio reserves the right to terminate the business relationship immediately and pursue legal remedies if necessary.






11. Governing Law



These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.





12. Changes to Terms & Conditions



Bella Vera Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on our website and will apply to all transactions thereafter.
